Theme park Race, gender, class and sexuality in class discussion

Race/Ethnicity

In my world it is supported and celebrated and doesn't hold a hierarchy. Its not the main focus but my park is open to everyone. The art that is created at the park or at least is available isn't driven by race or ethnicity nor political or strong opinions based around a certain ideology. There will be an open LGBTQ celebration and celebration of prominent (and also less popular) holidays or events for race and ethnicity but it wont be a constant thing throw in your face every day.

I suppose since this is based in America since that's the only country I know well enough, and this country is a huge melting pot, there may be some discrepancies on perspective about race and ethnicity but we dont want to understate a celebration of such things or undermine it. Maybe its not a celebration persay and more of just a general inclusion to the functions of the park, like a special offer or a park wide theme that is added into the park. Through hastags, or specific food offers if its a distinctive culture.

Not a thing????

Class

There is a consumerist side to the park since it is mean to support growing artist and help provide a platform for business, so its a pay what you get, even so the lack of money dose not essentially restrict the special things that people are given. Regulars to the park have an advantage over those with more money because of perks that come with frequent visits. Special offers are given only to those who visit consistently and this is tracked through the free park app. So even if someone has more money, there are things that dedicated customers get over people who can pay their way through everything.

Poor/low class, middle class, high class

I suppose there is a hierarchy in terms of artistic skill and so if you are better at are you may have more opportunities to like provide interesting things for the park and or be more involved with the experience.

Not a huge issue?????

Gender and sexuality

WHELP. Gender doesn't really matter, Its based around the current genders in our world, so he, she, they/them, but I suppose it depends on the social trends of this era. In that regard, female artist are more prominent in terms of how many there are. Support for female artist is very high. Sexuality isn't a problem but the park would not show sexual content anyway. Like previously stated there will be open acceptance and celebration of the LGBTQ community, just simply not the explicit side of it. Love is love.

Language and Religion

Certainly we would encourage our staff to be multi lingual to make everything at the park more accessible. This has been mostly from an American mindset with the park size being similar to that of a smaller version of universal. Thinking on it now, it could be more similar to an event like the world fair where there are huge complexes for cultures and each culture brings the best of what they have to offer. Alas, this might be over scoping, even though art is accessible to everyone of all ages, I think the park I imagined is more of a younger audience.
I respect people of all religion but I don't think it has a huge place within this park since it shouldn't be a focus and obviously can be controversial if people don't understand someones religion. There is religious art that exists in the world in general but art is not about religion. The park is also not about religion.

Ability/disability

The amazing thing about art is that you can do it even with disabilities. No arms? Use your feet or mouth, no sight? there are artists who use sensory elements to make their art instead. The only limit is your creativity. Greater artistic ability may be merited towards popularity in some ways but there shouldn't be a a limiter based on physicality.
