Theme Park Prompt

Artist Alley

A concept biased around freelancing artist and illustrators but more of a theme park experience.
Meant to inspire as well as house a variety of art based attractions, this theme park is a narrative on the fluidity of creativity and vision from an artists eye. This park is fairly interactive and you will get your clothes dirty here. It is suggested that you come in all white or old clothes to for a worry free experience.

Each section of the park is based on a medium commonly used by artist:
Paint - Go on rides that are a vivid color sensation, the Rainbow tornado is a giant whirly do type ride where you spin around with a beautiful array of colors rushing past you.

There is a roller coaster called the Brush stroke that arcs with a huge rainbow at the top of the paint brush inspired ride. Each cart/ seat arrangement is a brush that you sit in.

The painters pallet is a tea cup ride, each tea cup has been decorated by the staffed artist of the park.

There is a paintball section where visitors can go through paint ball courses with friends, we provide the gear.

Want a more relaxed painting experience? There is literal painting, paint canvas, paint on pottery, paint faces, use spray paint and tag the community wall!

Charcoal - This element is represented around the park as souvenirs with activated charcoal and in food stalls in various forms. Activated charcoal is a trendy new addition to many products and foods because of its alluring darkness and beneficial properties. In healthcare products, it is known for helping skin and exfoliation. In food, honestly it just looks fun, get ice cream, pasta, and other activated charcoal foods.

Watercolor - Water park area, there are pallet pools that are all different colors, these pools wont stain clothing like real watercolor.

Colored Pencil - We have a giant colored pencil joust arena where we have a variety of foam color pencil jousting sticks that you can duel your friends with. There is also an area where you can make a custom case of colored pencils and name each pencil whatever you want.

Crayons - Kids section and play area/daycare, has a crayola playground. There are fun time playgrounds and projects that kids can engage in to spark their interest in art and bring home something fun to their parents.

Marker/Ink - This is an adventure area, focused on making statements and being bold. You can leave a message on a slip of paper and have it projected on a big screen at the parks entrance. (this is obviously selective in case of vandalism or profanity). This section has attraction such as the writing room where visitors can literally just draw on walls with huge markers (these will be changed out every month or so, The walls are dry erase or paper installments) and do giant collaborative tie dye projects. You can also create custom temp tattoos.

Digital - This is a larger section of the park that incorporates digital mediums like VR, video and video games. There is a bit of augmented reality through out the whole park and sections where you can enable daily new installments or attractions that are submitted by other park goers. This area definitely includes digital painting and a sort of gallery where people can view creations of those who visit the park.

Sculpture/Clay - This area is actually a sculpture garden, there are various places to explore and view the sculptures and even an in park scavenger hunt that doubles as selfie spots/ scenic photo ops.

There is an artist market of sorts where he host in park artist to sell their products, you can find a interesting range of designs and products that are more unique than your typical park merchandise. This market doesn't necessarily sell painting and large canvas items, more so apparel and collectable works such as shirts, bags, mugs, stickers, posters, as well as exclusive digital downloads for phones and computers. The logo for the park is also printed as a small band on the edge of the sleeve so the artists work stands more predominantly and inst ruined by corporate branding.

You can always see if the in house artists are available for commissions for custom work. We bring in a variety of illustrators, artist, and graphic designers to show their work and produce merchandise, so there is something for everyone.

There is also an installment area that changes each month where a theme is selected and this becomes  a special collectable time. There is an inpark comic series like the "meanwhile comics" That you can collect and a special sticker/qr code that you can use with an interactive theme park app that you can use to stock up points to gain rewards to other special offers provided by artist or the park.
